You can tell the technology is working when you see the lock icon in your browser. Our site is security-certified by Let's Encrypt. We have also put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Protecting the privacy of children online is a paramount responsibility for Church Hill Classics. For scholarship endowment purposes, we obtain parental consent for minors under 18, empowering parents and legal guardians with control over their child's online presence. We ensure that sensitive data, like last names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, school details, and other personal information remains confidential and secure.

PCI Compliance and Credit Card Security

Church Hill Classics meets all applicable Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance requirements. Our compliance with PCI includes the Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), the Payment Application Standards (PCI PA-DSS) and the Point-to-Point Encryption Standards (P2PE).

Our systems are assessed for PCI, PCI DSS, PCI PA-DSS and PCI P2PE compliance by Viking Cloud. Viking Cloud is a qualified security assessor.

We use a third-party payment provider to securely store credit card information. We never store credit card information in our systems. We charge and refund credit cards by securely connecting to third-party payment providers via API. We comply with PCI Point-to-Point Encryption Standards (P2PE), all credit card information is encrypted before transmitting it to our third-party payment providers.

About Log-In Accounts

We offer the option of a log-in account as a means to maintain and update your customer information easily and more conveniently in the future. Establishing a log-in account will quicken future orders by reducing the need to input repetitive information. It also allows you to readily see the status of and obtain tracking information on any open or recent orders you have placed with us. In some cases, the log-in areas of our site allow you to access information about our products and programs that are not available to the general public.

Ordering and Gift-Giving

To help us respond to your needs or place an order, we ask you to provide contact information (i.e. name, shipping address, and email address) and, if appropriate, financial information (i.e. credit card number, expiration date). This information helps us to process your order more efficiently and is used for accounting and billing purposes. In addition, if we experience difficulty processing an order, this information can also be used to help us get in touch with you.

In the event that you make a purchase to ship to another person, we use the information you provide about someone else only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We offer eGift Cards by which you can send a personal greeting to another person as an accompaniment to the product you purchase for them. Information you provide to us to create an eGift Card is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift.

Payment Methods Accepted and Terms of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as payment for orders received online, by mail, by telephone, or fax. We accept personal checks by mail, although merchandise will not be shipped until the check has cleared our bank. Checks returned for insufficient funds or other reasons are subject to an additional $20 fee. Commercial accounts may submit a credit application and obtain an open account, subject to our credit approval and notification of available credit lines. Initial orders for commercial accounts must be prepaid until such time as credit terms have been approved and established.

Order Payment and Credit Card Charges

We do not stock any merchandise; all of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order. Due to the fact that we are custom-building something especially for you, we have to guarantee payment prior to creating your order. Many of our products are personalized and are specially sized to fit your personal documents and would not be usable by any other customers.

Data from Third Parties - Amazon

We use some personal information to fulfill third-party orders with Amazon. We store this personal information up to 30 days after shipping your order. After this 30-day period, your personal information is removed from our systems and backups. Access to this information is heavily restricted and only used for order fulfillment.
